Microtitre plates are recommended fro sequencing reactions in Maniatis.  
 We use Nunc's 80mm x 55mm, 10 x 6 well dishes.  We rinse, soak in 
Decon, rinse and dry them for reuse, with which we seem to have no 
problems.
