Sequenase/PRISM dye terminators on ABI 377

Hello,

I would like to know if anyone has experience from sequencing with T7
polymerase and dye terminators on ABI 377. As I have understood, the old
373 needed an expensive upgrade.

Any comments greatly appreciated!
