     I am trying to end clone about 23 XbaI bacterial fragments in pUC18/19 
     or this pZEr0-1 I just read about few minutes ago.  Is anybody out 
     there who can provide me with a) protocol for end cloning and any 2) 
     insight in the use of pZEr0-1.
     
     I will appreciate much any help I can get.
