pEF-BOS high expression vector

I'm trying to find out which company carries the high expression
mammalian vector pEF-BOS. I was told that someone had seen it
discussed on this bulletin board in the past few months. We are
presently using the vector, but we don't have the sequence of the
vector and also don't know which enzymes cut the vector outside of
the MCS.  Thanks so much,
