PLEASE HELP = mRNA EXTRACTION

Anybody out there who could help me?

I need to construct a cDNA library from wheat tissue.  The problem is that I 
don't know what method to use.  Do I still need to use DEPC?

What would you say is the best way of constructing a cDNA library.  If you 
have done this before, I would sure like to hear from you.
