I've been given a plasmid named pCMV5 to use to clone a minigene I have into. Obviously it's driven by a cytomegalovirus promoter and is the fifth in line of a series of such. I can find references to others who have cloned with it, but no extensive maps or sequences anywhere. If anyone can give me any useful information of this nature, please HELP! Thank you...
