tritium labelling of peptides

Can any one refer me to literature references which detail methodlogies for 
tritium labelling of synthetic peptides.

I'm aware that iodo and dehydro amino acid derivatives can be used and are 
readily compatible with taditional solid phase synthesis procedures. But how 
is the conversion accomplished to the 3H derivative.

Also any information on the effiecency, specificity and stability of these 3H 
labelled peptides would be much appreciated.
