Hi Netter, I am trying to determine the hetroduplex mutant of a PCR product by CDGE with 50% denaturant and 60 degrees. All I got was just a miserable smear. Does anyone out there have any experence about CDGE ? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Chao-Liang Wu
