native PAA-Gel on A.L.F.

I have problems with the A.L.F. System. For the first time I want to 
do a Band Shift Assay on the A.L.F. Automated System using a native 
PAA-Gel. Who knows the best conditions for such a run (voltage, 
current, power, running time and sampling intervall) and give me some 
advices? How can I cool the gel on the A.L.F. System?
