Has any tried Stratagene's XL2-Blue ultracompetent cells? I would like to amplify a library with a minimal amount of DNA and am therefore looking for the highest efficiency. Any comments good, bad or other sources would be appreciated. -----------------------Al(aplummer at sprint.uccs.edu)
