Tunicamycin and COS 7 cells

Hi There,
I apologise that this is a repeated message, but I had to be out of the 
lab the week following the last time I posted it so I missed any replies 
(if there were any)

Has anyone used Tunicamycin with COS7 cells. How sensitive are they ? Is 
there an ideal concentration to use ?
