lipid fractioning

[Zhu Congju]

Dear Netters,

I was trying to separate algal lipids to neutral, glyco and phospholipids 
by using J.T. Baker's Cartridge (10mm x10 mm I.D, Silica Gel), however, 
the results were far from satisfy. Can you please help me overcome 
the problem by providing the detailed protocols?
