Hello, I would like to use a spectrophotometric procedure for assay the Cephalosporin c amidohydrolase activity with fluorescamine. But I can't prepare 10mM Borate Citrate Phosphate Buffer,pH7.5. Anyone out there know the formula of buffer, please help me. Thanks in advance.
