Linkers from cDNAs?

Hello again,

Has anyone found a reliable way of seperating unligated linkers
from cDNA prior to vector ligations? I have a non-renewable 
"trace" of cDNA in a very small volume which I cannot even 
risk a precipitation, much less a gel purification step.

Sounds hopeless I know. I'm thinking spin column or Micron 
filtration unit?
