Experience with resolvase mutation essay?

   I am embarking on trying to use T4E7 and T7E1 resolvase to screen for
mutations (Mashal et al., Nature Genetics, vol. 9, feb. 1995, 177-183; 
Youil et al., PNAS, vol 92, jan 1995, 87-91).  Has anyone else tried this
method?
