I've looked in the lit for info on cell lines that may be used for eukaryotic expression cloning with amplification of transfected plasmid. Since the COS and 293 cell lines are not useful in my assay, I need to know if anyone has heard of alternate strategies (EBV nuc. antigen, SV40, etc.) Chris S.
