Vectors for use in Drosophila S2 cells

I am interested in expressing a human cell surface protein in S2 cells.  
I have found a variety of papers which discuss the generation of stable 
transfectants in this cell type.  I am trying to locate the relevant 
vectors (with appropriate Drosophila promoters, polyA, etc) as well as 
the appropriate selection cassettes.

Does anyone have these reagents?

Is there a source of detail methods (including the selection of clones 
in soft agar)?
