DNA/RNA from amphioxus

To anyone interested:
     I am trying to look at the potential presence of a transcriptional 
cofactor in a variety of species. We have a big gap that I would like to 
fill in, if possible. Does anyone know where I may obtain amphioxus DNA 
and/or RNA, or where I can get specimens-or even if I can culture them 
myself? I am also interested in tunicates. Any leads would be 
appreciated. Thank you.
