Hi,
Yes, the wavelengths I used to work for PGs are between 196-205 depending on
the column type, i,e manufactures prescription, the choosing exact wave length
in between these two nos was determined for each expt basing on the UV spectral
analysis of the samples. But if you are only looking for PGE2 then I would stick
to 200nm.
