There are at least 3 commercially available kits to detect differences in mRNA between 2 cell lines eg cancer and normal: Stratagene, Genehunter and Clonetech. Can some one tell me if they find one which is easy to use with little false positives for tedious rechecking? David Yu dtyyu at ucla.edu
