Help! Slooooooow electrophoresis

Dear Keith;

I run my SDS PAGE(also 14 X 16 cm) overnight at 15mA. It's better to run the 
gel slowly to improve resolution and prevent heat generation. 
I think time is less important than good results. 
If you want quicker running, you'd better try to small mighty gel.
