Help with PLP mutagenesis

     Our lab has been attempting to use the protocol in the May 95 issue of 
Biotechniques to introduce mutations using PCR.  This hasn't worked for us so 
far and we're wondering if anyone out there has tried it.  If you have and got 
some good results, how did you do it?
     We got good levels of the first two PCR products but have not been able to 
get the blunt end ligation to work for the 3rd PCR.
