I think a lot depends on how quickly you are going to use it. We
store it in DEPC water at -80. We keep the number of
thaw/freezes to a minimum and always keep it on ice when it is
out of the freezer.
Hint - if you want to add RNase inhibitors, remember to keep the
DTT level high enough.
