I have trouble with the second dimension, streaking...what are the possible causes? I'm using PhastSystem and working on HeLa cells, so if anybody have special suggestions I appreciate them. I already tried higher SDS concentration and to include iodoacetamide... streaking reduced, but.... Csaba
