Check out new book "Electroporation Protocols for Microorganisms," JA
Nickoloff (ed), Humana Press 1995.  It is series #47 of Methods in
Molecular Biology.  It gives detailed protocols for electroporating all
sorts of prokaryotes, including many gram positives.
