I would like to know if someone has tried "MORPH" plasmid DNA mutagenesis kit from "5 Prime 3 Prime" company. I tried the reaction without the kit, using a pUC derivative plasmid and I just got wild type DNA at the end. Any ideas?. Thank you . Blanca Barquera Dept.
