?GC rich sequencing on ABI377.

Hello outthere, I am currently trying to sequence a G-C rich PCR product 
on the ABI 377 Automated DNA sequencer, and thus far have not had great 
success.  The region I am trying to sequence consists of a GCC 
Trinucleotide repeat within the FRAX-A region associated with Fragile-X 
syndrome.  If you have any experiance/advice for the sequencing of G-C 
rich templates I would greatly appreciate your input.
