STRONG promotor

Dear Netters,


The pEF-BOS plasmid has a human EF1 (elongation factor) alfa promotor and pCAGGS has a CMV-IE enhancer and the Gallus Actin beta promotor.  Does anyone know which is the strongest
promotor for transient eukariotic expression ?

Has anyone ever compared the pEF-BOS plasmid with pCAGGS plasmid for transient expression of the same gene in a certain cell line ?
