Hi,

Could you tell me more about your problem ?
I well known the ECL reagent, and I haven t to dilute the substrate to 
optimise the reaction.

In dot blot, sometimes the signal is less because the quantity of peroxydase 
is to importantand you obtain white dot, whith blak periphery.

Dilute your primary and second antibody 

I am very interesting, tell me more
