I would like to analyze formalin fixed paraffin embedded murine tissue using a double labeling system,(FITC & Texas Red). I'm looking for methods to block autoflourescence in tissue fixed and processed in this manner. Thanks, Kevin Henne (khenne at fred.fhcrc.org)
