I am trying to locate a small amount (~10 micrograms) of purified human protease 3 from either leukocytes or sputum. Also elastase from Pseudomonas. The protease 3 is commercially available but extremely expensive ($1500/mg). If anyone knows a cheaper source I would greatly appreciate your help. Thanks.
