Does anyone know if it is possible/straightforward to perform
Reverse Phase HPLC on diacylglycerol samples and separate them
according to their different fatty acid compositions (ie. the
different species) without benzoylating them or converting them
to TMS ethers etc ?
At the moment, I'm getting a single peak with hexane:IPA: acetic
acid, and I'm hoping to get a better separation merely by changing
the eluting solvent....any ideas ? (The samples have already
been partialy purified by TLC).
