Acrylamide Gel Solubilization

Just found the reference for the linear polyacrylamide / agarose gels 
with no crosslinker.  These just dissolve when heated in water, and give 
better results with counting of tritium than peroxide solubilisation of 
polyacrylamide gels.  The paper is by Horowitz et al in Analytical 
Biochemistry 143, 333-340 (1984).
