poly(A) RNA isolation, question?

I and others I know have had good luck using Qiagen's Oligotex poly-dT
coated beads, with which you can isolate poly A+ RNA similar to doing an
immunoppt. It's fast and has yielded good cDNA for me. Also, it's not
as expensive as kits--you can buy just the beads and make all the other
solutions yourself.

Good luck--John Rooney, UC Berkeley
