Flourescent S1 & primer extension assays!

Hello everyone!

      Does anyone out there have a protocol for doing S1 &/or primer
extension assays using fluorescent-labelled primers & an automated
sequencing setup (such as abi's). We have a core facility that will make
the primers, & we would like to know what the sensitivity levels & sample
treatment are....

      I would greatly appreciate any input!
