Hi, I am going to screen an cDNA expression library in pBluscript in the near future, and wonder if any of you have some hint or good references. I am going to use an antibody which is not labeled as the primary Ab, and then a HRP conjungated afterwards. I plan to use ECL for detection. Any hints as to were to be carefull and how to do it is appreciated Peter.
