I am looking for advice from anyone who has experience in the method
to assay chaperonin activity by measuring inhibition of aggregation of
unfolded rhodanese.
Based on the papers I have read, I would need 15 mg/ml of rhodanese,
plus several mg of the chaperonin I am assaying, in a 1 ml cuvette.
This seems to be a lot of protein. I would like any protocols that use less
protein.
Thank you
