Ethanol Precipitating of Genomic DNA

I wouldn't even spin my genomic DNA until I treat is with a subsequent 
enzyme.  I am always proud of complete and intact genomic DNA.  As I prep 
it, I NEVER draw the DNA though a tip.

Also, I spool the DNA, wash in 75% EtOH, and de-spool in 0.5X TE.  I can 
dry most of the EtOH while it is spooled.
