Dear netters, can anybody recommend me a method for detecting neurons, when these neurons produce interleucins, esp. IL 1, IL 6 and IL 10. Are there any antibodies to detect these interleucins in situ or is it more suitable to use in situ hybridization with oligos? Thanks a lot in advance. Thomas tloeff at server1.rz.uni-leipzig.de
