Can anyone tell me more (how to do it) about gradient electrolyte electrophoresis for sequencing ? The only reference I have is to an article in Biotechniques 1988 which I have no access to. Is it as simple as adding Na acetate to the lower buffer ? Any help appreciated Mungo
