Ligation of bact. genomic

	Hi! I'm new in the cloning game. I would like to ligate a 
bacterial chromosomal library into pBluescript. Others in our lab
have had trouble with ligation efficiency.  Are there any good protocols
out there for this scenario?  Also, is there anything about pBluescript
that we should know?
