Hi all,

Anthony Davies (adavies at netcom.com) asked if there was any way to search an
amino acid composition of a peptide or protein against the sequence databases.
Yup, you can, thanks to the thoughtful folks at EMBL. In your WWW browser,
navigate to http://www.embl-heidelberg.de/aaa.html . It's a very nice
facility, and research exists to show that the results are actually meaningful,
though it is hard to believe. Have a good one. -Shaun
