DNA prep for transient transfection

Try to extract your dna with only 1/10-1/15 vol. of acid phenol instead of 1:1.
 then add chlorofome , mix again, then spin. Chlorofome will desolved acid
phenol that maybe desolved in solution.Small amount of acid phenol can removed
most of unwanted DNA but will not get rid of most supercoil plasmid that normal
give you low yield.
