nonisotopic labeling questions

   We would like to switch to non-isotopic labeling for
electromobility shift assay.  Does anyone have a any advice on what is
the
best method to end label the oligomer probes and what is the best
method
for detection?  We were thinking of biotin label and detect with
chemiluminescence assay.
