Primer design and Pfu/Pwo polymerases fro PCR

G'day all,
	I want to use Pwo (similar activities to Pfu) to amplify some
cDNA. For a number of PCrs i want to add extra sequence 5' to the region
of hybridization. HAs anyone had trouble with the exonuclease activity chomping
up the 5' end of the primer??
