Labelling of FAD?

Dear Netters,
who has experience, or knows a method to radiolabel FAD to high 
activity? 

Someone recommended us to isolate the enzyme FAD synthase 
which should be able to transfer a 32P-phosphate group to FMN. Does 
anyboby has purified such an enzyme? from which organism? with 
which protocol? assy conditions?

Any suggestions will be welcome. Thanks.
