Elution of immunoaffinity isolated protein with peptide

Could you pleas be a little bit more specific? Is your protein bound to
antibodies? Then you will not be able to elute them with a peptide. The
antibody-antigene interaction is to strong. You could get your protein out
of the column with 0.2 M glycine pH 2.5-3.0 or 0.1 M ethanolamine pH
9.0.For the elution at low pH, you must adjust the pH immediately. If you
are lucky, you might get ´native´ protein.
