Specific means of identifying muscle spindles/neuromuscular jnxs

Does anyone know of a way to identify muscle spindles or neuromuscular 
junctions in cryostat sectioned muscle using immunochemical or 
histochemical techniques, and with a non-radioactive label?  Please
