Too Blue P-32 (UTP) ?

We have had a spate of failed riboprobe synthesis reactions which coincide
with a batch of 32-P UTP EasyTides that looks like it has been spiked with
too much dye. The nucleotide is deep blue in color (instead of the usual
green) and there is a pronounced yellow color that persists in the aqueuos
after phenol/chloroform extraction.

Have other people had similar trouble with the latest batch (or other
batches)?
Email me direct.
