My favourite way of doing this is using a World Wide Web browser to point
to the URL
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Recipon/bs_seq.html

or for non-form browsers there a page in Cambridge
http://www.bio.cam.ac.uk/cgi-bin/seqsrch/blast-all.pl/blastn/nr.

As with any URL's, if you cannot access them first time then try again
later.  If all that fails, mail me.
